About Me
After 15 years working in London running high stress businesses, I became disillusioned with this way of life and started a slow journey to discovering the importance of presence, self care and connection.
Drawing on a wealth of personal experience and a Masters Degree in Core Process Psychotherapy at The Karuna Institute in Devon, I welcome you to a calm, safe and open space in which to explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
